Luke Ydstie and Kati Claborn met in 2008 at a band practice and have been playing together most days since. Their singing is honest and the harmonies are plentiful. The writing is thoughtful and inviting, and the instrumentation of guitars and banjo can be sparse and unsettling or driving and supportive in turns. They live in Astoria Oregon with their daughter, cat, and fish.
