Welcome to Boardwalk Cottages, your home away from home, right in the heart of downtown Long Beach.
Each of our cottages have unique amenities, including kitchens and kitchenettes, jetted tubs, fireplaces, covered decks, wifi, flat-screen TVs. A barrel sauna is also available!
As one of Adrift Hospitality’s properties, you also share amenities with Adrift Hotel + Spa, including a covered, heated pool, full-service spa, and beach cruisers. Everything you need to make the most of the Longest Beach in the World.

Boardwalk Cottages is located at 801 Pacific Avenue, Long Beach, WA 98631. We are conveniently located downtown.
Check in time is at 4pm, and check out is at 12pm noon. We do have late checkout available for a fee, or included in certain rates and/or packages.
Absolutely no smoking inside; There will be a 150 USD charge for any evidence of smoking in the cottages.
Pets are allowed in all of our cottages. Please email hello@boardwalkcottages.com with your reservation number if you plan to bring your furry pal. There will be an additional fee of 30 USD per pet charged to your room, with up to three pets allowed. If there is any evidence of damage done to the rooms by a pet we will charge for repairs. There are no restrictions on pet type or weight – if they can fit through the door, they can stay! We request that guests keep their pets leashed while in any common areas on the property.
There are no minimum stay requirements at Boardwalk Cottages; stay 1 night or stay 10! Many of our units are equipped with kitchens or kitchenettes, however, making them better suited for longer stays.
In the unlikely event that you must check out early or cancel with less than seven days (1 week) notice, we hope you’ll understand that we must ask you to take financial responsibility for your reservation. Any cancellation or changes to booked rooms within the period specified will be charged for the first night of the remaining reservation.
A thirty (30) day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
No, we do not have accessible rooms at Boardwalk Cottages, as all our rooms require at least one step to get to the door.
Adrift Hospitality, in partnership with Kind Traveler’s Every Stay Gives Back certification, supports Dylan Jude Harrell Community Center (DJHCC) in Long Beach, Washington. A nominal nightly donation of $1 (shown in the guest final bill) will go to DJHCC. Adrift Hospitality will match donations for every $1 donated. 100% of donations go to charity.
Boardwalk Cottages adds a Resort Fee of $14 per night to every reservation. Our Resort Fee covers access to our beach cruiser bikes, parking, nearby pool, hot barrel sauna, EV charging station, and day-passes to the nearby Long Beach Fitness.
Boardwalk Cottages boasts many wonderful amenities such as a complimentary EV charging station for guests, beach cruiser bikes, a cedar barrel sauna, outdoor grill, day passes to a local gym, and an onsite cafe + surf shop. As an Adrift Hospitality property, you also have access to amenities at our sister property, such as three additional barrel saunas, an outdoor firepit, heated and covered saline pool, and a full service spa.
Free parking is available at Boardwalk Cottages, we also have a complimentary EV charging station for guest use.
With a variety of room types and layouts, most of our rooms at Boardwalk Cottages are family friendly. We recommend any of our other room types, excluding the Luxe King Cottage Studio or our Cottage Studio as those room types only sleep two. Amenities the family will enjoy include complimentary beach cruiser rentals, nearby saline pool, or board games in our on-site cafe.
Boardwalk Cottages is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Long Beach, so you’re close to all the shops and restaurants in town. We’re also within walking distance to the Discovery Trail and beach approaches, as well as nearby activities such as go-karts, mini-golf, horseback riding, movie theater, and summer festivals.
