Based in picturesque Long Beach, Washington, our management team is the collective brain behind our hospitality corporation.

We come from across the nation, with a variety of backgrounds and skill sets, and continually work to make Adrift Hospitality grow and thrive on our slice of the Pacific Coast.

Chief Executive Officer

Tiffany Turner

Tiffany grew up in Long Beach and graduated from Ilwaco High School. She has a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences and an Elementary Education certificate from Seattle Pacific University. When Tiffany and Brady moved back home after college, she taught middle school and loved it! Once they opened the Inn at Discovery Coast, Tiffany immediately realized how much positive impact she could make on her community through responsible business practices and has been running Adrift Hospitality ever since. In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys volunteering, reading, chasing around her two sons, nature walks and plotting how to make the world a better place.

Hometown: Long Beach, WA

Fun fact: Tiffany and Brady are high school sweethearts!

Chief Design Officer 

Brady Turner

Brady has always known he was going to go into business for himself. From designing shoes in high school to tech companies in college, he knew the 9-5 life wasn’t for him. As co-founder of Adrift Hospitality, it is his creative genius that makes each of our spaces what they are. Brady has a degree in business from Seattle Pacific University, and with his wife and co-founder, Tiffany, he has 2 boys, Jaden and Beckett.

Hometown: Okanogan, WA (but moved to Long Beach at 12)

Fun fact: Brady is an avid sports enthusiast. He helps coach soccer and basketball, and he enjoys stand-up paddle surfing and golf in his spare time!

Chief Operations Officer 

Beck Blasko

Beck has been in the hospitality industry for 20+ years, but also has a love for farming and animals. Upon moving to Long Beach in 2012, Beck started slinging drinks behind the Pickled Fish bar and filled many different roles before growing into the COO role while studying for her MBA with a focus on sustainability and social justice from Presidio Graduate School. She loves working with people and hopes to inspire others to grow in their own passions and roles. When she’s not working you can find her in her garden room growing microgreens for her business (Beck’s Greens), enjoying outdoor adventures with her partner and two dogs, or doting on her many chickens and ducks.

Hometown: Troy, PA

Fun fact: Beck has a pet bunny (Putt Putt) who was injured and rescued from the local golf course.

Chief Commercial Officer 

Kacia Lessnau

Kacia has been part of the Adrift Hospitality family since 2015, working in events management, social media, marketing, and revenue management before becoming CCO. She is an active community volunteer and sits on the board of the Columbia Pacific Heritage Museum. Kacia enjoys spending her time outside of work with her husband, Matt, and their two children. She likes traveling throughout the PNW, a quality glass of wine, and working on never-ending projects in her 100+ year-old home.

Hometown: Port Orchard, WA

Fun fact: Kacia is notoriously terrible at spelling, and to this day cannot spell “definitely” or “license” without spellcheck.

Allyx O’Connor

For more than twenty years, Allyx has brought passion, creativity, and an eye for lovely things to her work in Service and Hospitality. After cutting her teeth as a tween in her family’s cafe and studying hospitality management at WSU, she worked her way across catering, sales, coffee, menu design, full-service ops, people management, and hotel management. She loves good food, and proper glassware, and eats her way through every city she visits.

Hometown: Cathlamet, WA

Fun fact: Allyx has as many siblings as she has toes.

V.P. of Washington Operations 

Marina Sonntag

Marina started working for Adrift Hospitality in 2012 as a senior in high school. After moving to Portland for a few years to work in sales and marketing, she reunited with the Adrift family in 2017 and became our first Executive Assistant. She has now grown into the VP of Washington Operations and is proud to work for a B-Corp that is focusing on sustainable travel in her hometown. Marina loves farmer’s markets, spicy margaritas, chasing sunsets, and sending astrology memes to her friends!

Hometown: Long Beach, WA

Fun fact: Marina is on the fundraising committee and assists with marketing efforts for a local non-profit – Pacific County Immigrant Support!

Danae Suprunowski

Danae started serving in restaurants at 19 years old and fell in love with customer service and guest experiences. She’s been working in restaurants and hospitality for 10 years. Danae joined Adrift Hospitality in April 2022 to be the General Manager of Adrift Hospitality’s newest property, Bowline Hotel in Astoria, OR, before quickly growing into her current role.

Hometown: Ocean Park, WA

Fun fact: Danae loves to travel and has explored many destinations including New Zealand, Africa, Amsterdam, Honduras, Fiji, and Bali.

Head Distiller, Adrift Distillers

Matt Lessnau

Matt’s passion for distilled spirits began as a rather expensive hobby, tasting the best of what Seattle’s craft cocktail and whiskey scene had to offer. After joining the Adrift Hospitality team as a Bar Manager, he was able to practice that passion by formulating unique cocktails, as well as plans to open Pacific County’s first distillery. With a background in manufacturing, Matt brings a technical and methodical approach to crafting our distilled spirits and a drive for continuous improvement. Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and children, cooking & entertaining at their home, or traveling and experiencing all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Hometown: Chinook, WA

Fun fact: Matt started his professional career as an aerospace engineer.

Finance Manager

Brandy Watson

Brandy, the youngest of 5, grew up in the small fishing town of Ilwaco, WA. After she graduated from Ilwaco High School, her next adventure was motherhood. After having her two children, Brandy started working at the front desk at Adrift Hotel almost 10 years ago. A few years later, she stepped into finance and has been learning and growing with the company as Finance Manager ever since.

Hometown: Ilwaco, WA

Fun fact: Was a part of the local 4H club for over ten years.

Human Resources Manager 

Cris Trujillo

Cris has been with Adrift since May 2023 as Guest Services Lead for our Washington properties. He is now in the role of HR Manager at the Adrift Hospitality corporate office. He moved to the Long Beach Peninsula in 2015, enjoys coastal living, and is passionate about delivering superior hospitality to both guests and staff.

Hometown: Moses Lake, WA

Fun fact: Cris lives on a farm with his family and 3 pigs – Franklin, Penny, and Bacon.

General Manager, Bowline Hotel & The Knot

Morgan Adelman

Morgan joined Adrift Hospitality in September of 2021. She became Assistant Operations Manager in 2022 and has now moved into the General Manager role at Bowline as of October 2023. She moved across the country from Buffalo, NY because of her great love of the Pacific Northwest. Morgan loves the outdoors and loves hiking on the coast with her pug, Aires.

Hometown: Buffalo, NY

Fun Fact: Morgan loves football and is a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan.

General Manager, Ashore Hotel + The Inn at Arch Cape

Luz Alcantar

Luz started with Adrift September of 2020 as the Ashore Property Manager. She showed promise and quickly grew into the General Manager role. When Adrift Hospitality reopened the Inn at Arch Cape in 2024, Luz was a natural fit to manage our first whole property vacation rental!
Prior to her current roles, she was a supervisor for a fish processing plant and had worked there for 5 years. When She’s not working, Luz loves to play Scrabble, or any game similar! She enjoys learning new words and how to spell them.

Hometown: Born in West Covina, California, but she’s lived in Seaside + Astoria, OR since she was 3.

Fun Fact: She has lived in Seaside/Astoria for over 25 years and has never seen the Goonies movie. As a PNW native, she also has Dendrophobia, which is the fear of trees!

Kyle Hurst

Kyle’s first job was washing dishes at 15 years old, and he continued working in restaurants up through college at Oregon State. After earning his degree and working 11 years as a Marine Biologist, he returned to his first passion, restaurants. Since then, he’s worked as a Sous Chef in Denver and opened his own German Restaurant in Connecticut. Kyle joined the Adrift Hospitality team in May 2023 as the General Manager of Pickled Fish.

Hometown: Salem, OR

Fun Fact: Kyle worked as a Game Warden of the commercial fishing fleet in Alaska and a Dolphin Trainer in Hawai’i.

Juan Mesa

Juan grew up in Mexico and immigrated to the United States as a teen. He used to work in the field/orchards until he found his way into hospitality. He’s worked as a cook, busser, waiter, bartender, manager and he prides himself on leading by example. He found himself on the peninsula because his wife grew up here. “I met Tiffany and Brady when I first moved here and they haven’t stopped believing in me since and to whom I am very grateful for the opportunities they’ve given me.”

LEAH HUNT

Leah started in the restaurant industry as soon as she could work, eventually managing a Japanese restaurant for 12 years before her and her husband moved to the Long Beach peninsula in 2018 to manage the Pickled Fish restaurant. With an educational background in Environmental Science, sustainability has always been important to her. She enjoys hiking and biking with her husband, young son Niko, and their two large dogs.

Hometown: Royal Oak, MI

Fun Fact: Leah started coming to the peninsula to harvest Organic cranberries in 2008.
