#AdriftCareers Case Study: Theo Easley

17 September, 2024 - Raven Plato

If you’ve been by Adrift Distillers recently, you may have spotted a new face. Theo is now our Distillery Tasting Room Lead! You can find him pouring tastings, chatting about his favorite spirits, and assisting our Lead Distiller with distillery tasks.

A person in a plaid shirt and glasses is working on a wooden table in a brewery. They are capping bottles with a red-handled bottle capper. Several bottles, caps, and a filled glass are on the table. Brewery equipment is visible in the background.

Theo is not new to the Adrift Hospitality family, he began his journey at Adrift Hotel in November 2020 as a Front Desk Shift Lead.

He quickly showed leadership qualities and kept taking on more responsibility, and grew into the Guest Services Assistant Manager role at Adrift Hotel in March 2021. After a year, Theo made the very lengthy jump over to Adrift Distillers, located on the east side of our campus.

When asked about his growth with Adrift, Theo stated that Adrift has helped his confidence exponentially.

He’s seen nothing but opportunities for growth since starting his time at Adrift Hospitality, and is excited about the ever-expanding reach of our company.

His advice for new employees:

“There are absolutely no limits to what you can accomplish when you work here, no matter how different you are. As long as you show genuine interest and an enthusiasm for helping people, there’s a spot for you at Adrift.”

In his free time, Theo enjoys spending time with his family and pets. You can find him either relaxing at home, or constantly on the move wanting to find a new adventure.

Two people dressed in formal attire are close together under a wooden arch draped with greenery and lights. One person is wearing a white dress and holding a bouquet of roses, while the other is wearing a black suit. They are about to kiss.
