If you are a frequent guest at one or more of our 6 coastal hotels, you could be racking up credit for your qualifying stays and spends! The Adrift Hospitality loyalty program, the Adrift Crew, is a great way for loyal guests to earn rewards, perks, and special members-only benefits. You’ll also participate in our charitable giving program in supporting community organizations.

Here are a couple of updates we’ve made to the Adrift Crew program starting in 2024.

We’ve streamlined the tier requirements and online tracking display so it is easier to see where you’re at and how you can reach the next tier. Now, even more of your purchases go toward your lifetime spend totals. In addition to room stays, your dollars spent on food and beverages, spa services and products, and retail now count toward your lifetime spend total. We also changed the program from a membership year to a calendar year. Your qualifying stays or spend will be applicable within the calendar year when you reach the next tier, and then applies for the whole next calendar year. That’s more time in the tier!

We haven’t changed any of the benefits of each tier, so you’ll get the same cool stuff as soon as you qualify! Sign in to your account to see your current tier and what benefits you are eligible for.

What is a lifetime spend?
Your lifetime membership spend includes qualifying hotel stays and purchases charged to your room, accrued since your membership start date.

What is a qualifying spend?
Your hotel bill for any Adrift Hospitality property, any food or beverage purchases, spa services and products charged to your room during your stay (minus taxes and service charges).

What is required to reach the next tier?
When you sign in, your account dashboard will tell you how many more stays or how much you’ll need to spend to reach the next tier. Here is a detailed list of the requirements to reach all the tiers.

What benefits are available for all the tiers?

What if I have two membership account numbers?
No problem, please email us your member numbers, and we will merge your accounts so that all of your stays and spends are counting toward your next tier.

What if I don’t see all of my stays and spends in my account dashboard?
Make sure your purchases and bookings are qualifying according to our terms and conditions to be counted under your loyalty membership. If you have a qualifying activity that is not showing up, email us and we’ll see what’s up.
