Sous Chef, Pickled Fish
Meet Armando! He’s our Chef de Cuisine at Pickled Fish and has been with us since 2017.
Armando loves cooking with the seasons and enjoys cooking with a variety of influences. As chef de cuisine, he gets to incorporate local ingredients into the seasonal menus at Pickled Fish
He and his wife are raising their four children on the Long Beach peninsula. They often cook together. Armando’s oldest daughter is learning some skills from her dad.
Before working at Pickled Fish, Armando worked construction and restaurant jobs for ten years, often working twelve hour days.
