Alex Jones is our newest chef at Adrift Hospitality, and her growth began just a year ago. She originally began as our catering chef, working weddings and corporate events across our family of properties. You can find her whipping up meals at Shelburne Hotel!
Alex’s growth at Adrift can be attributed to her leading by example. She is proud of her ability to work hard alongside her coworkers and that she is allowed to have creative freedom with her food options. Along with her own excellent work, she’s proud of the expansion that has been happening in the past year, with our newest property Bowline Hotel along with our other changes happening in the near future.
