#AdriftCareers Case Study: Connie Prichard

17 September, 2024 - Raven Plato

Connie Prichard started her Adrift career in May 2019. She began working in guest services on a part-time basis, as she was also working at the local school district as a clerical assistant. In March 2020, a full-time guest service manager role became available, so she snatched it up and hasn’t looked back since.

Three people with curly hair are posing for a selfie indoors, all wearing glasses, beanies, and casual clothing. They are making playful, pouty facial expressions and appear to be enjoying themselves.

Connie takes pride in her professional growth during her time as Guest Services Manager. Having started her customer-facing managerial role during the height of COVID-19 pandemic, she was dealt a difficult hand, but she has moved through it with aplomb and grace.

Our newest properties, Boardwalk Cottages and Bowline Hotel, joined the Adrift family after Connie began her role. She enjoys being a part of the refurbishments and remodels of all of our properties. Connie also speaks highly of Tiffany, our CEO, stating that

“Tiffany [Turner] is one of the few CEOs I’ve met who follows through on her word. She puts action behind her promises, and that’s not seen too often.”

A woman, a boy, and a girl with curly hair are seated in an airplane. The woman is wearing glasses and a hat, the boy is wearing a dark shirt, and the girl is wearing a light-colored top. Empty seats are visible in the background.

In her free time, Connie spends quality time with her friends, children, and cats. Her daughter is also an Adrift Hospitality employee! She is a longtime volunteer at Camp Victory, a local camp for supporting children who are survivors of sexual abuse. She also enjoys exploring thrift stores and antique stores, and doing DIY projects.
