Get ready to taste the results of our collaboration with the amazing North Jetty Brewing.

In March 2018, we began working with North Jetty Brewing to create a whiskey, using their Semper Paratus Porter recipe as a base. The spirit, after the distillation process, is rich and complex, so we finished it in #3 char American oak casks to give it the classic vanilla and caramel character we all love in a whiskey. This pilot batch of the Semper Paratus American Malt Whiskey has been resting in two 15 gallon casks for 18 months and will be a very limited release (approx 150 bottles). The next release of Semper Paratus won’t be ready until December 2021 as we work on building a cask sharing program with North Jetty, so they can begin using the whiskey casks to finish their beer.
