We designed the Inn to be a retreat; a sanctuary by the sea to escape to.
Whether you’re spending intimate time with your partner or giving yourself a well-needed break, we know you’ll feel rejuvenated after experiencing our haven by the ocean.
In the main Inn building, directly facing the Pacific Ocean, we have our middle and corner studio rooms, with the first floor being pet-friendly.
NESTLED IN NATURE
The Beach House, set back from the main building, has a variety of room types to suit many different needs. In the Pool House building, you’ll find six studio rooms, a heated saline pool, barrel sauna, and full-service spa which is shared with our main hotel, the Adrift Hotel + Spa. At Adrift also find a library, game room, complimentary bikes and our oceanfront restaurant and bar Pickled Fish.

Check-in at the Inn at Discovery Coast is 4pm or later, and check-out is at 12pm noon. We do offer a late checkout for a fee, or included as part of specific rates or package options.
Absolutely no smoking inside; There will be a 150 USD charge for any evidence of smoking in the rooms.
Certain rooms at the Inn at Discovery Coast are pet friendly. We allow pets in all our first floor rooms or in the pool house. To add a pet to your room, please email hello@innatdiscoverycoast.com with your reservation number if you plan to bring your furry pal. There will be an additional fee of 30 USD per pet charged to your room. If there is any evidence of damage done to the rooms by a pet we will charge for repairs.
While we love tiny ones, the Inn is meant to be a quiet adult retreat. Kids are not allowed in the Beach House or in the main Inn building. Kids are solely allowed in our Pool House Rooms.
In the unlikely event that you must shorten your stay, check out early or cancel with less than seven days (1 week) notice, we hope you’ll understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your reservation. Any cancellation or changes to booked rooms within the period specified will be charged for the first night of the remaining reservation.
A thirty (30) day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Inn at Discovery Coast adds a Resort Fee of $14 per night to every reservation. Our Resort Fee includes access to these amenities: heated saline pool + barrel saunas, beach cruiser bike rental, parking, EV charging station, games, day-pass to nearby Long Beach Fitness.
The Inn at Discovery Coast has six EV stations east of the pool. Please grab a charge card from the Guest Services desk at Adrift Hotel for complimentary use during your stay.
The Inn at Discovery Coast helps support community initiatives through programs like Cocktail For A Cause, our Loyalty Program, and Every Stay Gives Back. We also donate stays to raffles and fundraisers for thoughtful causes.
Adrift Hospitality, in partnership with Kind Traveler’s Every Stay Gives Back certification, supports Dylan Jude Harrell Community Center (DJHCC) in Long Beach, Washington. A nominal nightly donation of $1 (shown in the guest final bill) will go to DJHCC. Adrift Hospitality will match donations for every $1 donated. 100% of donations go to charity.
There are no restrictions on pet types – if they can fit through the door, they can stay! We request that guests keep their pets leashed while in any common areas on the property.
