The Adrift Hospitality loyalty program, the Adrift Crew, is a great way for loyal guests to earn rewards, perks, and special members-only benefits. You’ll also participate in our charitable giving program in supporting community organizations.

As a member of the Adrift Crew, your dollar goes even further when we give back together. Join a community of travelers who stand behind our values of sustainability, community, positive impact, and fun!
Book directly with us, and your qualifying stays count toward your membership tier. The higher your membership tier, the more we donate on your behalf! In addition to stays, your dollars spent on food and beverages at our establishments, spa services and products (Adrift campus only), or retail at the property you’re staying at count toward your lifetime spend total when you charge them to your room.
Your qualifying stays or spend will be applicable within the calendar year when you reach the next tier, and then, applies for the whole next calendar year. Sign in to your account to see your current tier and what benefits you are eligible for, and how to reach the next tier.

Your lifetime membership spend includes qualifying hotel stays and purchases charged to your room, accrued since your membership start date.
Your hotel bill for any Adrift Hospitality property, any food or beverage purchases, spa services and products charged to your room during your stay (minus taxes and service charges).
When you sign in, your account dashboard will tell you how many more stays or how much you’ll need to spend to reach the next tier. Here is a detailed list of the requirements to reach all the tiers. Please view the “Requirements to Reach Tier” .
* Lifetime Spend Consists of: Room charges, Food & Beverage charges, Spa charges, Add-Ons & Package charges. Does not include tax or service fees. All would need to be charged to the guests room to quality

No problem, please email us your member numbers, and we will merge your accounts so that all of your stays and spends are counting toward your next tier.
Make sure your purchases and bookings are qualifying according to our terms and conditions to be counted under your loyalty membership. If you have a qualifying activity that is not showing up, email us and we’ll see what’s up.
