Beck has been in the hospitality industry for 18 years, but this was not exactly her original plan. With two BAs in psychology and criminal justice from Penn State University, she began her career in law enforcement before deciding to give farming a try. From there, she became manager, then director, and then developed the HR department for Adrift Hospitality. Beck then grew into the COO role, all the while studying for her MBA with a focus on sustainability and social justice from Presidio Graduate School. Beck loves working with people and hopes to inspire others to grow into their own passions and roles as leaders.
