Rickshaw

2 oz Adrift Distillers Gin

1 oz Simple Syrup

1 oz Lime

2 Basil Leaves

Shake and double strain into a rocks glass. Fill with ice and garnish with a cucumber slice or basil leaf.

Gimlet

2 oz Adrift Distillers Gin 

3/4 oz Lime

1/2 Simple Syrup

Shake and double strain into a coupe. Garnish with a lime slice.

The Veronica

2 oz Adrift Distillers Vodka

1 oz Grapefruit

1/2 oz St. Germaine

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Shake and double strain into a coupe. Garnish with grapefruit twist.

Sea Breeze

2 oz Adrift Distillers Vodka 

2 oz Grapefruit

3/4 oz Cranberry Juice

3/4 oz Simple Syrup

Shake and dump into a collins glass and garnish with a lime slice.

Kentucky Mule

2 oz Adrift Distillers Straight Bourbon Whiskey

3/4 oz Lime

1/2 oz Simple syrup

Pour all ingredients into a copper mug and top with ice. Top with Fever Tree Ginger Beer. Garnish with a lime slice.

Brown Derby

2 oz Adrift Distillers Straight Bourbon Whiskey

1 oz Grapefruit

1/2 oz Honey Simple Syrup

Shake and double strain into a coupe.

Old Tom Collins

1 1/2 oz Adrift Distillers Old Tom Gin

1/2 oz Lemon

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Shake and double strain into a collins glass and top with soda and a lime wheel.

Aquaman

2 oz Adrift Distillers Aquavit 

3/4 oz Blanc Vermouth

1/4 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur

2 Dash Rhubarb Bitters

Stir and strain into a coupe and top with a cherry.

Danish 75

1 oz Adrift Distillers Aquavit 

1/2 oz Lemon

1/2 oz Crem de Framboise

1/4 oz Simple syrup

Stir and strain into a flute and top with prosecco and a dill sprig.
