Happy New Year!

It’s been an exciting year out here on the coast! We wanted to share with you our fondest memories of the year that has passed, and what we’re excited about in the year to come.

Thanks to you, we’ve been able to make a difference in our communities by supporting awesome programs and organizations. Together we have shared some super fun events, special meals, and live music. There’s so much to look back on, so jump right in!

If you’ve had a drink with us this year, you may have seen a “Cocktail for a Cause” on the menu. Every month we dream up a drink, select a cause, then 50% of sales from that drink goes directly to a worthy local non-profit organization in our community. Since the start of the program in 2015, we’ve raised over $100,000 for our partner organizations!

The monthly Cocktail for a Cause is offered at our fine drinking establishments – Pickled Fish restaurant at Adrift Hotel, Shelburne Pub in the Shelburne Hotel, and The Knot at Bowline Hotel.

In 2024, we’ll be offering non-alcoholic, mocktail versions of our cocktail for a cause. So, if you’re participating in dry January, or prefer booze-less beverages year-round, you can join us in raising money for good folks doing good stuff.

We’re excited for another year of supporting great causes and enjoying delicious cocktails (and mocktails) in 2024, and we hope you’ll join us and raise a glass. Cheers!

Even More Ocean Friendly

Our Pickled Fish and Shelburne Pub restaurants have been longtime Ocean Friendly Restaurants with in partnership with Surfrider Foundation. This year, we joined the brand-new Surfrider Ocean Friendly Hotels program with a commitment to cutting out single-use plastic at all of our properties.

Eat + Drink

2023 brought us some delicious new things to eat and drink! We opened a new coffee bar in the Adrift Hotel lobby, celebrated 5 years in the distillery (and produced 13,828 bottles!), had Breakfast with Santa at the Shelburne, and added new delights to the menu at Pickled Fish.

In 2024, we’re excited to open a new café and introduce a new chef! Yay!

We Can Make a Huge Difference When We Give Back Together

Since November 2022, we’ve participated in the Every Stay Gives Back program with Kind Traveler. When you stay at any Adrift Hospitality property, a nominal nightly donation of $1 (shown in the guest final bill) will go to Dylan Jude Harrell Community Center. Adrift Hospitality matches donations for every dollar donated. 100% of donations go to the charity.

Since launch, together, we’ve raised more than $78,000! Thank you for your support!

In Celebration of Sea Lions

We had so much fun watching our sea lion friends frolic in the river around Bowline Hotel this year, including one particularly memorable character.
