Join us on Saturday, February 1st at the Shelburne Hotel and Pub for an exclusive four-course menu with wine pairing from our executive chefs at Pickled Fish and Shelburne. They’re teaming up to create an awesome menu with a delicious pairing from February’s Adrift Crush, Brick House Wines. Four Course Menu (Subject to Change):

  • Hot smoked sablefish, sour apple, bitter greens. Paired with 2016 Cascadia Chardonnay

  • Foraged mushroom tortellini, soft cheese, rosemary. Paired with 2016 Gamay Noir

  • Samurai pork striploin, potato puree, cipollini, sage-maple. Paired with 2016 Pinot Noir

  • Huckleberry sorbet, sweet buttermilk, shiso. Paired with 2016 Chardonnay
