Join us in our heated garden tent for a five-course menu featuring Landmass Wines, a women-owned producer of bright, playful Willamette Valley wines.
Menu:
Amuse bouche – dungeness crab, crab anglaise, caviar, raraka
Tuna – raw, nasturtium, pickled onion, fermented cream
Soup – smoked mussel, potato, charred leek
Salmon – sourdough, onion, red cabbage, miso
Beef – ashen striploin, oxtail marmalade, potato, mustard greens, black truffle
Dessert – apple tart, brown butter ice cream, hazelnut caramel
$50 plus tax and living wage. Wine pairings + $30.
