Our insanely popular collaboration whiskey is back! In March 2018, we began working with North Jetty Brewing to create a whiskey based on their Semper Paratus Porter. The resulting spirit, rich and complex, is aged just like a bourbon in new, #3 char American oak casks to give it the classic vanilla and caramel character we love in a whiskey. This batch of the Semper Paratus American Malt Whiskey has been resting in a single, 30-gallon cask for two and a half years, and will, once again, be a very limited release (approx 150 bottles) available April 16th. Come down to the distillery to snag a bottle before it’s gone!
